Summary
When a small California town is invaded by alien beings that look like circus clowns, two teenagers and a local cop must convince skeptical authorities that the threat is real. The Klowns use absurd carnival-themed weapons - cotton-candy cocoons, popcorn guns, and balloon animals - to harvest the townspeople, forcing the trio to fight back before everyone becomes a snack.
