Summary
One year after surviving a deadly encounter with a hook-wielding killer, Julie James is lured to a remote Bahamas resort with friends after winning a radio contest. As a tropical storm cuts the island off from the mainland, the fisherman in the slicker returns to hunt Julie and anyone close to her, proving her tormentor is far from finished.
