Summary
A former LAPD hostage negotiator now working as a small-town police chief is drawn back into action when three teenagers invade a fortified home and take a wealthy accountant and his two children hostage. Complicating matters, shadowy criminals kidnap the chief's own family to force him to retrieve an encrypted DVD hidden inside the house, leaving him caught between two volatile standoffs.
