Summary
A nameless homeless drifter arrives in a crime-ridden city ruled by a sadistic crime lord and his vicious sons. After witnessing relentless brutality against the city's downtrodden, he picks up a pawn shop shotgun and begins dispensing brutal vigilante justice on the streets, befriending a kind prostitute along the way.
