Summary
When wealthy hedge fund manager James King is convicted of fraud and sentenced to ten years in San Quentin, he panics and hires Darnell, the man who washes his car, to prepare him for prison life, assuming Darnell has done time. In reality, Darnell is a hardworking family man who has never been incarcerated but plays along for the cash he needs to move his family to a safer neighborhood, leading to crash-course lessons in toughness while James tries to clear his name.
