Summary
In 1980, freshman pitcher Jake arrives at a Texas college and moves into the off-campus house shared by his new baseball teammates. Over the last weekend before classes start, he hangs out, parties, and chases girls with the team, hopping between a disco club, a country bar, a punk show, and a theater party while navigating the egos and rituals of his new crew.
