Summary
U.S. Marshal John Kruger specializes in 'erasing' witnesses in the federal protection program by faking their deaths and giving them new identities. When he is assigned to protect a defense contractor employee who has uncovered an illegal weapons sale involving a powerful electromagnetic rail gun, he discovers corruption inside his own agency and must keep her alive while exposing the conspiracy.
Released in 1996, Eraser is an action, crime and thriller film.
Its in-cohort standing is measured against the other 4,081 1990s films, not against the whole corpus. 147 IMDb reviewers are calibrated for this title, and those are the ones the calibrated score reads; a separate, broader pool of 150 reviewers with at least two reviews each feeds the raw-average track. A second review pool sits behind it as well: 1,784 Rotten Tomatoes reviewers clear the same calibration test, and Rankquant scores them separately.
