Summary
After moving to the seaside town of Cradle Bay, new student Steve Clark notices that the local high school's troubled teens are being transformed into eerily perfect, clean-cut members of the Blue Ribbon clique. Teaming up with outcasts Gavin and Rachel, Steve uncovers a sinister program run by a school psychiatrist who is conditioning students to eliminate their rebellious impulses, and the trio must fight to escape before they are 'corrected' too.
