Summary
In a post-apocalyptic France, a former clown takes a handyman job at a run-down apartment building whose landlord is a butcher with a gruesome way of supplying meat to his tenants. As the newcomer falls for the butcher's nearsighted daughter, she conspires with a band of underground vegetarian rebels to save him from becoming the next entree.
