Summary
Nearly a decade after an extraterrestrial occupation of Earth, life in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood is tightly controlled by the alien 'Legislators' and their human collaborators. As an underground resistance plots a daring strike against the regime, a veteran police commander hunts the insurgents while a young man caught between both sides must choose where his loyalties lie.
