Summary
A jewel thief released from prison returns to the construction site where he stashed a stolen diamond, only to find it has become an LAPD precinct. To recover the gem, he poses as a detective and bluffs his way onto the force, where his street smarts make him an unlikely standout while he scrambles to retrieve the diamond without blowing his cover.
