Summary
A former FBI agent, Jeremiah Ecks, is pulled out of retirement to track down Sever, a rogue DIA agent who has kidnapped the son of a powerful government official. As the two assassins clash across Vancouver, Ecks discovers that their personal histories and the official's secrets are more entangled than the mission suggests, forcing the rivals to reconsider who the real enemy is.
