Summary

Presented as found footage from a secret final Apollo mission, the film follows two American astronauts who land on the Moon's south pole in December 1974 to plant defense detectors. Strange disturbances and an unexplained presence inside a nearby crater force them to confront the real reason NASA publicly canceled the program.

Released in 2011, Apollo 18 is a horror, mystery and science-fiction film.

The cohort it is ranked inside is 2010s films — 13,059 of them. A second review pool sits behind it as well: 2,208 Rotten Tomatoes reviewers clear the same calibration test, and Rankquant scores them separately. 269 IMDb reviewers are calibrated for this title, and those are the ones the calibrated score reads; a separate, broader pool of 274 reviewers with at least two reviews each feeds the raw-average track.
