Z-normalized corrects for reviewer bias (every reviewer re-centered onto their personal scale). Raw average uses simple mean across the broader pool including stddev=0 reviewers. The 16-point gap is the rating-inflation signature for this title — discriminating reviewers liked it more than the casual crowd.

Summary

Tricia's husband has been missing for seven years, and she is finally about to declare him dead in absentia when she begins experiencing unsettling visions. Meanwhile, her recovering sister Callie discovers something strange about a nearby pedestrian tunnel, where locals have a history of vanishing without explanation. As the sisters try to piece things together, the truth behind the disappearances proves more disturbing than either expected.
