Summary

An anime adaptation of Asato Asato's light novels, set in the Republic of San Magnolia, which assures its citizens that the war against the Legion, the self-directing drone army of the Giadian Empire, is fought by unmanned machines and costs no lives. In truth the 'Juggernauts' are piloted by the Eighty-Six, an underclass stripped of legal personhood and confined beyond the republic's walls.
