Summary
On Halloween 1976, a group of carnival workers is kidnapped and held captive in an industrial compound, where they are forced to play a sadistic survival game called '31.' For twelve hours, they must fight off a gang of murderous, costumed clowns sent in to hunt and kill them, while a trio of aristocratic gamemasters wagers on how long they will last.
