“2016 vintage. Opened up after an hour in the bottle and it worths every minute of waiting! Full of energy although its been 9 years old. Great aging potential. Dry-slightly off dry. Lime, green apple, ginger, petroleum, minerals, salty as a good Assyrtiko from Santorini with sharp acidity and a never ending aftertaste. Paired excellent with pork tenderloin and a dijon/apricot marmelade/thyme sauce.”
