“This would be fantastic with a charcuterie board - think Manchego cheese & jamón serrano! 😋 Update: this just might become our favorite Cab, especially at this price point! So so smooth, not too heavy on the tannins. Nice translucent red color. Paired with a giant sirloin steak (from the butcher up the street, split two ways) and L's "foreign-ish" rice with bouillon, sun-dried tomatoes, along with fending off creeping fascism.”
